A day full of impressions, team spirit – and fresh ideas
Who would have thought that a company outing not only strengthens team cohesion, but also opens up completely new perspectives on our own products? Our outing this year did just that.
We started at Stöffel Park, a fascinating place full of industrial history and geological treasures. During an impressive guided tour through the extensive grounds, we not only marveled at historical machines, but also stimulated our imaginations: we discovered potential applications at every turn – especially for our edge protectors and plugs. No, we didn’t see any there – but the ideas bubbled up all by themselves. 😉
After a relaxed culinary break, we continued on to the Westerwald brewery. In a relaxed atmosphere, over a glass of regional brewing art, we not only laughed and enjoyed ourselves – but also talked about the many small (and big) things that make up our team and our daily work. We were also able to find many areas of application for our articles in the Westerwald brewery, for example we found cable ties for fastening cables and hoses in many corners.
For us, this trip was one thing above all: a sign of appreciation. Our employees are the backbone of our company – their commitment, ideas and reliability make all the difference.
